Steve Pinado, Chief Executive Officer
As Chief Executive Officer, Steve is responsible for the overall executive management and growth initiatives of Constellation Payments. Steve is also the CEO of the leading software and billing company, Member Solutions.
With his strong strategic direction, Steve successfully led Member Solutions to its acquisition by Jonas Software, the world’s leading provider of Fitness software and payment solutions. Today, Steve leads several Jonas Software portfolio companies including Constellation Payments, Member Solutions, 123Signup, myVolo Software, MiGym, 97 Display, Frontline, Campsite and eFit Financial.
Steve has over 20 years of experience in technology-enabled financial services. Prior to being named CEO, Steve served in corporate strategy, business development, product planning and financial roles at Electronic Data Systems, NextCard, Advanta, Salomon Brothers and PepsiCo.
A graduate of Morehouse College, Steve earned his MBA from Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
Angela Summa, Vice President
As Vice President, Angela oversees the business development and channel partner support for Constellation Payments, as well as merchant boarding, operations and support.
A leader in sales and management for over 15 years, Angela’s experience includes account management, product development and project management. She has extensive experience helping clients add or replace one-time and recurring payment processing options through their current software solution, corporate website or platform. Her goal is to ensure businesses offer the highest level of payment processing security and ease of processing to customers.
Angela has been repeatedly recognized for her steadfast commitment to delivering the highest level of consultative support in order to help clients achieve their business objectives.
Qiana Terrence, Operations Manager
As Operations Manager, Qiana oversees the support team, as well as application submissions and account maintenance inquiries. With more than 15 years of customer and client engagement and resolution experience, Qiana enjoys working with merchants and resellers through the on-boarding process for merchant services — ensuring each client receives the highest level of service and support at every interaction point.
In between the hours spent working, Qiana increases her knowledge by continually taking courses and attending seminars. Qiana has been recognized as a 2015 Jonas Software Presidents Club Award winner for Most Valued Contributor to the business.
Angie Clarke, Director of Product Integration
Angie works closely with Constellation Payments’ channel partners throughout the entire software integration process — from testing to production, platform implementation, and support. She also manages the Constellation Payments’ platform enhancement plan — leading development and process initiatives to enhance overall platform functionality.
Angie has extensive experience in systems integration and brings over a decade of business process assessment and development expertise to Constellation Payments.
Rick Ellis, Business Development Executive
As a business development manager, Rick works closely with channel partners to understand their needs and those of their merchant customers to create custom-built development plans that effectively leverage the Constellation Payments platform, and support the channel partners’ business and customer base.
Rick has over 20 years of experience running a successful membership-based company, during which he had direct experience as a high-volume merchant of Constellation Payments. Rick enjoys working through complex business models and developing strategies that enable channel partners and merchant customers to fully utilize Constellation Payments’ platform functionality.
Sean Mullins, Merchant Services Support Executive
Sean works directly with merchants throughout the application and approval process for new merchant accounts. With more than 10 years of customer service experience, he thoroughly enjoys the opportunities he is given each day to provide remarkable service and support to every merchant.
